Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition & packaging.

• Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and opened beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

• Refunds: Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.
